The hotel room, which cost me over AUD$200 for the night, was very comfortable with a lounge offering a nice view. However, the view overlooked a dirty office block. The service was exceptional with well-appointed, modern, and extremely clean rooms, crisp white sheets, and a great choice of breakfast buffet. The staff, especially at check-out, were friendly and efficient, even catering to my dietary needs during the conference. The location was perfect for my needs, although some areas needed cleaning. The dining experience was delicious, but there was a minor issue with billing. Overall, a great stay with a few drawbacks.
