Aloft Perth Hotel, Perth

My stay at the hotel was delightful with its superb location, clean and comfy rooms, and wonderfully friendly staff. However, dining options could be improved for a better experience. Overall, the price was reasonable, but additional charges for Wi-Fi were a bit of a downside.

The hotel room, which cost me over AUD$200 for the night, was very comfortable with a lounge offering a nice view. However, the view overlooked a dirty office block. The service was exceptional with well-appointed, modern, and extremely clean rooms, crisp white sheets, and a great choice of breakfast buffet. The staff, especially at check-out, were friendly and efficient, even catering to my dietary needs during the conference. The location was perfect for my needs, although some areas needed cleaning. The dining experience was delicious, but there was a minor issue with billing. Overall, a great stay with a few drawbacks.

The hotel was modern and clean, with a nice atmosphere in both the bar and cafe. However, we felt a bit exposed in the rooms facing the car park as we had to keep the blinds shut to maintain privacy. The cleaning standards were not consistent, as we noticed food crumbs on the floor and the seat by the bed.

The hotel offers decent value for money with a good location for local venues, but service can be hit or miss. The rooms are subpar in terms of soundproofing and pillow comfort, with a so-so view.
